Serve as the principal technical authority and escalation lead for highly complex, systemic device, application, security, and integration failures escalated from L3/L2 operations teams. Architect master frameworks for Android OS upgrade pathways , OEM firmware baselines, zero-trust security profiles, enrollment certificates,



and AAD/SSO authentication matrices before production release. Define the enterprise testing methodology and oversee advanced compatibility and regression testing for core warehouse applications, including SAP, WMS, RFID middlewares, native scanning applications, and specialized enterprise browsers. Design, scale, and govern structured lab infrastructure frameworks for reproducing edge-case failures, analyzing logs, validating hotfixes, and issuing final global pilot-to-production readiness sign-offs. Lead strategic architectural alignments with OEMs and software vendors to drive root-cause investigations for software/hardware defects, influence product roadmaps, and approve global workarounds. Establish enterprise governance protocols for fleet-wide device health, lifecycle security risks, MTBF statistics, MDM system architecture, and overall firmware stability.
