Position Title: DGM/GM – Budgeting & planning. Experience BE Civil with 15 – 20 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or project finance. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in real estate, construction, is mandatory. Job Profile: The Head – Budgeting will be responsible for leading the organization's budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control functions across all real estate projects and corporate operations. The role requires close coordination with Project, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Contracts, and Leadership teams to ensure effective financial planning, budget adherence, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process for all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets, including Concept Budget, Detailed Design (DD) Budget, and Cost to Complete (CTC) Budget. Track project schedules and monitor financial progress to ensure alignment with project milestones.



Prepare and manage project-wise and organization-wide cash flow forecasts, ensuring adequate fund planning. Develop and present monthly MIS reports, budget variance analysis, financial dashboards, and management reports. Ensure accurate utilization and maintenance of financial data in the Farvision ERP system. Drive cost optimization initiatives and value engineering across projects to improve profitability without compromising quality. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to control project costs and improve financial performance. Coordinate closely with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Sales, CRM, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of budgeting and financial planning activities. Support BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting) data compilation and financial reporting requirements.
