We're Hiring: Sales Engineer Location: Mumbai, Powai Experience: 2–3 Years Industry: Io T | Industrial Automation | Smart Water Solutions About the Role We are looking for a Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in B2 B technical/solution sales. The candidate will work with industrial and infrastructure customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable Io T, telemetry and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify B2 B leads through Linked In, outbound and inbound channels. Identify new business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure and utility sectors. Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Io T/automation solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial/technical presentations. Handle customer follow-ups and support negotiations and deal closures. Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution feasibility. Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and regular sales reports.



Build customer relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Attend customer visits, exhibitions and industry events as required. Required Skills2–3 years of experience in B2 B Technical Sales / Solution Sales / Sales Engineering. Basic understanding of Io T / IIo T, telemetry, sensors, automation or industrial instrumentation. Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Good customer handling and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and CRM tools. Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to learn. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following will be an advantage: Industrial Io T | Industrial Automation | Smart Water | Water Management | Telemetry / AMR | SCADA | Energy Management | Solar | Utilities | EPC | OEM | System Integrators Knowledge of Modbus, RS485 or 4–20m A will be an added advantage.
