Job Title: Founder’s Office Associate Location: Bangalore Position Summary: We are hiring a smart, resourceful, and driven Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the Founder COO. As a fresher or recent graduate, you’ll work closely with the founder on day-to-day operations, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience in running and scaling a business. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support Responsibilities: • Manage the Founder’s calendar, emails, communications, and priorities. • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones. • Organize travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports. • Prepare briefing documents, meeting notes, and presentations. • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.



• Anticipate the Founder’s needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues.
