With products including Hotel OS, AI HRMS, and BGVAI , we are building technology that helps businesses streamline operations, manage people, and automate complex processes using AI.

As we move our products into the market, we are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Business Development & Sales Lead to help build and lead Zexovo's sales function. ' Build and execute Zexovo's sales and business development strategy Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and international markets Manage and guide our SDR and business development team Develop sales outreach strategies across calls, email, Linked In, and other channels Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and client meetings Qualify opportunities and manage the complete sales pipeline Work closely with the Founder, Product Managers,



and technical teams Help convert qualified prospects into paying customers Track sales performance and improve the overall sales process Identify customer requirements and provide market feedback to the product team Help establish a scalable sales process as Zexovo grows ' 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2 B Sales, Saa S Sales, or a similar role Experience generating leads and closing B2 B deals Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines Ability to independently build and execute sales strategies Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is a plus Strong understanding of Saa S and technology products A target-driven and highly proactive mindset Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment ' Opportunity to work directly with the Founder and leadership team Take ownership of building Zexovo's sales growth Work with innovativ
