Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and relationship-driven Business Development Executive (Full Time) to join Bars Across.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building qualified relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping law firms and legal professionals strengthen their digital presence. You will work closely with the leadership team to grow Bars Across' client base, develop partnerships, and contribute directly to the company's commercial growth.

What will you be doing? Identify, research, and approach law firms, lawyers,



barristers, chambers, legal consultants, and other potential clients. Generate qualified leads through Linked In, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other business-development channels. Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and introductory calls with prospective clients. Present Bars Across' services, visibility solutions, media offerings, and partnership opportunities in a professional and consultative manner. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, follow-ups, and commercial communications. Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records, lead trackers, and business-development reports.
