Build Ambit is looking for a Senior Manager, Placement & Career Services to lead our placement and career services function.

The core responsibility will be to build strong corporate relationships, generate relevant hiring opportunities, and help Build Ambit learners and professionals achieve meaningful career outcomes .

The role will work closely with corporate partners, learners, Program teams, and leadership to build a strong bridge between industry demand and Build Ambit's talent . Key Responsibilities Corporate & Hiring Partnerships Build and manage relationships with large, mid-sized, and emerging organisations across industries. Develop relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, Hiring Managers, Business Heads, and Functional Leaders . Understand current and future hiring requirements and build a solid pipeline of opportunities.



Position Build Ambit as a preferred talent and hiring partner for organisations. Drive repeat and recurring hiring opportunities from corporate partners. Develop opportunities across placements, internships, projects, recruitment drives, and industry engagements . Placement Management Own the placement lifecycle from requirement identification and candidate mapping to interviews, selection, offer, and joining . Work with internal teams to identify and recommend the right learners for relevant opportunities. Coordinate interviews, assessments, recruitment drives, and employer interactions. Track placement pipeline, interviews, selections, offers, and joining. Build employer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve candidate quality and placement outcomes.
