Key Responsibilities• Lead Group Insurance pricing, profitability and pricing governance• Develop and review actuarial models, pricing assumptions and analytics• Analyse underwriting, claims and reinsurance experience and incorporate insights into pricing assumptions• Drive portfolio profitability, pricing margins and VNB objectives• Support new product launches and pricing initiatives• Lead actuarial support for reinsurance strategy and treaty negotiations• Ensure IRDAI compliance, product approvals and regulatory requirements• Improve pricing processes, automation and efficiency• Lead, mentor and develop the pricing actuarial team• Collaborate with Business,
