Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable PRT/TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Maths to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in these subjects and a passion for teaching young minds. The PRT/TGT Maths Faculty will play a key role in providing quality education and fostering an environment of learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Instruction: Develop and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in Maths and Biology for middle school students. Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Assess student progress through regular tests and assignments.

Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of the curriculum. Integrate creative teaching materials, technology, and real-world examples into lessons.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect among students.



Manage classroom discipline effectively while promoting a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Student Support: Provide additional support to students who may be struggling with the subject matter. Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and areas for improvement.

Co-Curricular Activities: Participate in and support extracurricular and co-curricular activities related to subject. Encourage students' participation in relevant academic competitions and events.

Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in subject. Attend professional development workshops or training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject
- Previous teaching experience at the middle school level is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of subject and the ability to make them interesting and relatable to students.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to students' holistic development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
