Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Economics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.

- Teach concepts of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economic Development, and Statistics (as applicable).

- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.

- Assess students through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.

- Integrate technology and AI-enabled teaching tools to enhance classroom learning.

- Foster analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students.

- Guide students in project work, case studies, presentations, and research-based learning.

- Prepare students for board examinations through revision plans, practice tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.

- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.

- Participate actively in staff meetings, career development programmes, school events, and co-curricular activities.





- Uphold school policies and contribute positively to the school's academic culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree /Master's Degree in Economics with B.Ed.

- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in using smart boards, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital learning platforms.

- Ability to design engaging classroom activities using data analysis and real-world economic examples.

- Excellent classroom management and student mentoring skills.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

Experience

- Relevant teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.

- Fresh candidates with excellent academic credentials and strong teaching aptitude may also apply (if applicable).

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Preet Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
