Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA activities for IoT and Smart Energy Metering projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, API, HMI, and web testing.
- Validate device communication and interoperability across industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and BLE.
- Perform test planning, test design, execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting.
- Optimize automation suites to improve execution efficiency and reduce release cycle timelines.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Mentor team members, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and support onboarding of recent resources.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.
- Analyze protocol/network logs and troubleshoot communication issues in IoT devices and gateways.
- Contribute to practice initiatives, reusable automation assets, and process improvements.

6?10 years of experience in QA Automation, IoT Testing, or Industrial Automation Testing.
