1. Hands on experience /implementation of 17025 accreditation requirement.
2. Hands on experience /implementation of working on various accreditation body portal e.g. NABL, QAI, BIS etc. Testing of various Lighting products e.g. LED Lamps, General Purpose Lighting, Recessed Light, Street Light etc.
3. Knowledge of Various standards e.g. IS 10322, IS 16102, LM 79
4. Knowledge of operating equipments like Goniophotometer, UTM, Environmental Chambers, Vibration Machine, IP Chamber, Salt Spray Chamber, UV Chambers, Xenon Arc Chambers, High Voltage Tester etc.
5. Plan and carry out routine test/set-up verification to ensure quality & timelines under the supervision of Senior Engineers/Supervisors.
6. Documenting test results, Procedures, other quality related documents and Preparation of test reports.
7. On job training on Testing equipment/instruments maintenance, careful handling & correct usage for Skill Upgradation and Quality Work Performance.
8. Regular Monitoring of Work performance and regular incentive schemes.
