Role Overview We are looking for an experienced TLM Premium Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in TLM Premium 3.0 and above. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in TLM configuration, control process design, matching rules, dashboards, and MI interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Work hands-on with TLM Premium 3.0 and above
- Configure and maintain TLM Control Process Designer
- Work on TLM SmartSchema configuration and related activities
- Configure and maintain TLM Match Rules
- Perform dashboard configuration and customization
- Work on MI Interface configuration and integration
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into TLM configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve TLM-related issues
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver TLM solutions





Mandatory Technical Skills

- TLM Premium 3.0 or above – 4–5 years hands-on experience
- TLM Control Process Designer
- TLM SmartSchema
- TLM Match Rule Configuration
- TLM Dashboard Configuration
- MI Interface

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Understanding of financial reconciliation and transaction matching processes
- Experience working in banking/financial services environments

Candidate Profile

- Overall experience of 5–10 years
- Strong hands-on experience in TLM Premium
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical configurations
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
