Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager Division to join our team. As a key part of the sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling broadband services to Local Cable Owners and enable them to sell residential and commercial customers in your designated area. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing them with the best internet solutions.

Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for broadband connections.

- Identify and approach potential Local Cable Owners in the designated area and explain the features, benefits, and value of broadband packages to convince them to sign up with us.

- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and cold calling. Follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local cable owners and end users. Providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal closures in CRM systems.



Report regularly on performance and feedback.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other services like fibre-optic connections, landlines, or digital TV packages.

Qualifications

- Education & Experience: Experienced professionals, minimum qualifications required is12th pass with sufficient relevant experience in the related field. For freshers, minimum qualification required is bachelor s degree.

Skills

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic understanding of broadband technology and internet services.

- Proficiency in local languages and English.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
