Job Responsibilities

- Manage sales and distribution of ketchup, sauces, and related FMCG products within the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key outlets.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retailers and distributors.

- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.

- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising across outlets.

- Monitor distributor stock, secondary sales, and order requirements.

- Execute promotional activities and schemes in the assigned territory.

- Track market pricing, competitor products, and customer feedback.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market updates with management.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.





- Coordinate with the distribution and supply chain teams for smooth product availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in ketchup, sauces, food products, or beverages.

- Strong knowledge of distributor and retail sales channels.

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Solid target-oriented approach and market-development skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
