We are looking for a motivated and energetic Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients (especially B2B, e-commerce and D2C sellers), conducting in-person meetings, and promoting Shipflick’s logistics solutions in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively identify, approach, and onboard potential e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, and SMEs in the assigned territory.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations to explain Shipflick’s services and pricing models.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as the face of the company in the field.
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and services.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
- Attend trade events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads and brand visibility.
- Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.

Requirements:





- 5 years of experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in local language and English.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
- Valuable knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Basic understanding of logistics and e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
