Role & responsibilities

Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen presence and penetration across your territory.

Revenue Growth: Own sales performance and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

Territory P&L;: Take end-to-end ownership of territory economics, performance, and business outcomes.

Sales Strategy: Build data-driven sales strategies and scalable processes that improve productivity and conversion.

Business Development: Identify emerging opportunities, unlock new markets, and turn insights into measurable business wins.

Sales Excellence: Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.

Operations & Escalations: Ensure seamless execution across the territory and proactively resolve business-critical escalations

Preferred candidate profile





4 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Market Development.

Robust track record of revenue growth and target ownership.

Experience in territory management, market expansion, and business development.

Hands-on exposure to P&L; ownership, sales strategy, and process optimisation.

Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven and growth-oriented mindset.

Ability to lead, influence, motivate, and build high-performing teams.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth consumer businesses.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Bachelors degree required.
