Talent Profile Position Title: Territory Executive

Location: PAN India

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Department: Services - YMS

Objective: Drive business performance for the assigned territory by meeting targets, ensuring timely execution of activities, strengthening relationships with clients and yards, and supporting the regional team to deliver high-quality results.

Accountability

- Ensure all operational and field activities are completed efficiently and within defined timelines.
- Acquire new clients and retain existing clients to support business growth.
- Achieve 100% on-time online collections across all designated yards. • Manage billing data, MIS preparation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy of reports.
- Build and enhance relationships with yards and clients through regular visits and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective business goals. Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and report preparation. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and sustain strong client and partner relationships.
- Good problem-solving skills, time management, and task execution abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as within a team. Experience: • Graduation in any discipline.
- 35 years of experience in territory management, field operations, client handling, or similar roles.
- Exposure to MIS/reporting and operational coordination preferred.
