Role Description The Tender Executive – Interior Fit Out will manage the complete tendering process for interior projects, including reviewing tender documents, preparing accurate BOQs, and coordinating price estimates and vendor quotations. The role involves analyzing drawings and specifications, gathering technical and commercial inputs from internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids in line with company guidelines.

The Tender

Executive will liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to clarify tender requirements and track tender status, follow-ups, and negotiations. The position requires maintaining detailed tender records, assisting in contract finalization,



and supporting project handover to execution teams. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, including materials, finishes, and construction methods relevant to commercial and hospitality projects.
- Experience in tendering processes, including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and bid documentation for interior or construction projects.
- Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings, project specifications, and technical documents with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of estimation or project management software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; relevant experience in tendering is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards, basic contractual terms, and pricing trends in interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, with a proactive, ethical, and detail-oriented approach.
