Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender, E-Procurement & E-Commerce Executive to manage our online procurement channels, including Government & PSU tenders, GeM, SAP Ariba, customer procurement portals, and Amazon Business.

This is an office-based role with no field visits and no individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Government & PSU Tenders

- Manage the complete GeM tender process, including catalogue listing, bids, compliance and e-auctions.
- Track tenders on CPPP, State Government and PSU portals.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, EMD, PBG and other tender documentation.
- Track corrigendums, deadlines and tender status.
- Manage vendor registrations, empanelments and renewals.
- Maintain and update the tender calendar.

Amazon Business

- Manage the company's Amazon Business account and product listings.
- Handle product specifications, certifications, images, pricing and B2B quantity discounts.
- Monitor listing health, stock availability, Buy Box and campaigns.
- Handle returns, claims and marketplace-related issues.

Quotations & Order Processing





- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations with part numbers, brands, specifications, pricing, taxes and delivery terms.
- Manage SAP Ariba and customer procurement portals.
- Process sales orders and proforma invoices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts until order completion.
- Maintain quotation databases and prepare weekly MIS reports.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Tender Management, GeM, E-Procurement, B2B E-Commerce, Sales Coordination or Order Processing.
- Experience with GeM, CPPP, SAP Ariba or government/PSU tender portals will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
