Role Description The Tender Executive - Churchgate will manage end-to-end tender processes for Mirah Hospitality’s projects and services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves identifying relevant tenders, collecting and validating required documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to compile accurate tender submissions. The role includes preparing technical and commercial proposals, maintaining tender databases, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Executive will liaise with vendors and stakeholders, support negotiations and clarifications, and provide regular reporting on tender status and outcomes to management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in tender documentation, bid preparation, and proposal coordination.
- Ability to research tender opportunities, interpret tender requirements, and ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills for reviewing commercial and technical information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and external stakeholder interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tenders and strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in tendering, contracts, or procurement, preferably in hospitality, F&B;, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in tendering or contracts are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate records and reports.
