Role Description The Tender and Estimation Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, coordinating pre-bid queries, and preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals. The role involves developing detailed cost estimates for civil, electrical, and solar EPC projects, analyzing project specifications,



and collaborating with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to validate pricing and assumptions.

The manager will track tender status, maintain tender documentation, and ensure timely submission in line with client and regulatory requirements. The role also includes market analysis, vendor and subcontractor rate benchmarking, risk assessment for bids, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and government agencies.
