ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, tracking, and submitting tenders across India, with a strong focus on construction and infrastructure projects. This is a critical role requiring someone who can independently manage the end-to-end tendering process and accurately prepare cost estimates for 100+ BOQ (Bill of Quantities) items.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders on portals such as GeM, CPPP, NIC, state PWD portals, and other platforms on a PAN India basis
- Read, interpret, and analyse tender documents, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Accurately fill and submit online/offline tender forms within stipulated deadlines
- Prepare and compile cost estimates and rates for 100150+ items including civil works, materials, labour, and overheads
- Coordinate with the technical and procurement teams to gather input for competitive pricing
- Maintain a tracker of all active, submitted, and awarded tenders
- Liaise with consultants, government departments,



and clients for tender clarifications and corrigendum updates
- Ensure all supporting documents (EMD, technical qualifications, credentials, affidavits) are prepared and submitted correctly
- Monitor tender outcomes and maintain MIS reports for management review

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution

Experience:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in tendering within a construction, infrastructure, or EPC company
- Proven track record of independently handling PAN India tenders

Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of civil construction BOQ items, DSR rates, and market rates
- Proficiency in MS Excel for rate analysis and cost estimation
- Familiarity with government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state PWD/NHAI/MES/NMCG portals, etc.)
- Understanding of tender terminologies: EMD, PBG, Work Order, NIT, SBD, etc.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
- Currently based in Gurugram or willing to relocate immediately
- Prior experience with construction or infrastructure companies (Roads, Buildings, Water/Sewerage, Railways, or similar sectors)
