Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tempo driver role located in Rajkot. The Tempo driver is responsible for safely transporting gas cylinders and related products to customer locations, following designated routes and delivery schedules. Daily tasks include loading and unloading goods, checking delivery orders, maintaining basic vehicle cleanliness, and reporting any issues or delays to the supervisor.

The role also involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, collecting signatures or confirmations, and following all safety and traffic regulations. The driver may assist with basic documentation,



support warehouse staff when needed, and ensure that deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

- Strong vehicle operation skills, including Tempo or light Truck Driving experience.
- Valid commercial driving license (such as CDL Class A or local equivalent) and a clean driving record.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully and clearly with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle inspection and safety checks to ensure the Truck/Tempo is roadworthy.
- Ability to follow routes and schedules, manage time efficiently, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving gas cylinders.
- Knowledge of local traffic rules and safety practices, especially related to transporting gas or hazardous materials (training can be provided).
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site in Rajkot as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or gas distribution is an advantage but not mandatory.
