Core Responsibilities

Team Performance: Monitor daily dials, talk time, and conversion metrics.

Coaching: Conduct live call barging and provide feedback.

Target Achievement: Own the monthly sales quota for the assigned team.

Process Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to lending and data privacy guidelines.

Lead Management: Allocate databases effectively to maximize agent connectivity.

Strategy: Identify pitch gaps and refine scripts for two-wheeler buyers.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years leading telesales teams in fintech, banking, or auto-loans.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of two-wheeler dealership networks or digital loans.

Metrics Driven: Expert in managing dialer software, CRMs, and SLA reports.
