Role Description The Telesales Specialist will work full time on-site in Gurugram, engaging prospective and existing customers over phone calls to promote real estate offerings and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities include explaining project features, pricing, and benefits, answering queries, and guiding customers through the property selection process. The role involves following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with sales and marketing teams,



and meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

The Telesales

Specialist will provide courteous, solution-oriented support, schedule site visits or meetings for field teams, and participate in ongoing product and market training to stay updated on inventory and promotions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales or inside sales, and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities, such as openness to continuous learning and the ability to apply feedback to improve performance.
- Relevant experience in real estate, financial services, or other customer-facing industries is preferred.
- Comfort using CRM tools, basic computer applications, and telecalling systems is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
