We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the leads provided.
- Explain the company's products/services clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales/team leader for lead conversion and closure.
- Maintain a positive and skilled approach while interacting with customers.

Requirements




- Fresher to 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
- Ability to convince and influence customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Education 12th Pass / Graduate from any recognized board or university.

Job Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West Job Timing: Mon - Sat; 9.30am to 6.30pm (1st and 2nd sat half day)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
