Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through inbound & outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
- Explain policy advantages, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly.
- Generate and convert leads into health insurance sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
