Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to present and promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or packages.
- Handle customer inquiries, address objections, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to close sales opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and lead status in the CRM system/Excel.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
