Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Head to lead and manage our telesales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telesales, team management, target achievement, customer handling, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling/telesales team.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop effective telesales strategies to improve customer conversion.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Track sales calls, leads, conversions, and team performance.
- Ensure the team achieves assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.




- Identify opportunities to improve telesales processes and revenue.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a telesales team.
- Strong knowledge of telesales processes and sales conversion techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid leadership, team management, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Qualification: Any qualification.
- Age: 25+ years.
