This platform enables dealers to procure tyres efficiently, manage inventory, create customer invoices, and set up online stores. TyrePlex also helps dealers generate customer demand and manage their physical stores more effectively. Role Description The Telesales Executive internship role is an in office position based in Gurugram. The intern will engage with tyre dealers over phone calls to introduce TyrePlex’s solutions, explain product features, and address basic queries.

Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on leads, qualifying prospects, and documenting call outcomes in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and customer support teams to schedule demos, ensure smooth onboarding,



and support dealers during initial usage. Interns are expected to maintain professional communication, meet calling and conversion targets, and contribute to continuous improvement of telesales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Kannada, and the ability to explain products effectively.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, build trust, and resolve basic concerns over phone calls.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and support closures in collaboration with the sales team.
- Comfort with phone-based work, high call volumes, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn about tyre dealership operations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms; prior telesales or internship experience is an advantage but not required.
