We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at The International Matrimony. The role involves counseling clients, understanding their partner-search requirements, and converting inquiries into successful matrimony plan sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online inquiries) and understand client needs.
- Explain our matrimony plans and membership packages, and recommend the right plan.
- Achieve sales targets through effective follow-ups and client relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Address client queries professionally to build trust and close sales.
Job Requirements: Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role preferred. Candidates must have robust communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the confidence to build rapport with clients.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
