We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team in Gurugram.

? Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and investors.

Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.

Identify and qualify genuine property buyers/investors.

Generate and share qualified leads with the sales team.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead-generation targets.

Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.

Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
