Job Summary

Kotylidon Lab Private Limited is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, promoting the company’s products, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company’s products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and enquiries.
- Convert enquiries and interested customers into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order and customer handling.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating with customers.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic to good English communication preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
