We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain our products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and customer feedback.
- Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to speak Tamil and English fluently.
- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
