Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
- Effectively present and promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, demonstrating product knowledge and benefits.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately record and update customer information, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve overall team goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports outlining progress, challenges, and forecasts.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product expertise.
