- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Telecalling & Onboarding Executive to support the onboarding of childcare professionals at Nestru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call applicants and explain the role and work opportunity
- Screen candidates based on their experience, availability and eligibility
- Schedule suitable candidates for onboarding
- Follow up and coordinate until they complete the onboarding process
- Collect the required information and documents
- Maintain accurate calling and onboarding records
- Coordinate with the internal team and share regular updates
Preferred Candidate:
- 3–5 years of prior experience in telecalling, recruitment coordination or onboarding
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Patient, organised and confident while speaking with candidates
