Trustwell is a proxy solicitation and shareholder engagement firm that assists listed companies with shareholder communication, investor outreach, and corporate action campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to shareholders and investors.
- Explain the purpose of the campaign clearly and professionally.
- Verify and update shareholder contact information.
- Record call outcomes and shareholder responses accurately.
- Follow up with shareholders as instructed.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding significant responses and queries.
- Ensure confidentiality of shareholder information.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate students, graduates,
or freshers may apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Professional, polite, and confident communication skills.
