As a Telecaller handling Tamil & Kannada voice process at Reycruit in Hyderabad, Telangana, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients who speak Tamil and Kannada over the phone. Your role is crucial in promoting our services and engaging with customers effectively in their preferred language.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients who speak Tamil and Kannada to introduce them to Reycruit's services.
- Communicate effectively in Tamil and Kannada to explain our offerings and address any queries or concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Record details of interactions accurately and update client databases.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.

Requirements

- Fluency in spoken and written Tamil and Kannada.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Telugu.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and persuade them effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are desirable.
