We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with experience in the real estate industry, particularly plot sales, to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining our plot projects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and bookings.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Follow up with existing enquiries and interested customers.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, payment options, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plots.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Update customer details, call status, and follow-up information.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a skilled relationship with customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience specifically in plot sales / land sales will be highly preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil communication is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes.
