Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database provided.
- Explain real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and location details clearly and persuasively.
- Schedule site visits or follow-up calls for interested clients.
- Maintain and update client records and call logs.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or objections professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for seamless client follow-ups.
