We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our School Admissions team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to parents regarding school admissions.
- Explain school facilities, courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested parents and generate admission enquiries.
- Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the Admissions team.
- Maintain daily call and enquiry records.
- Achieve monthly admission enquiry and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in school admissions/telecalling will be an added advantage.
- Friendly attitude and valuable convincing skills.
