Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Business Units, Distributors, System Integrators, and Key End Customers, helping deliver value-added customer solutions through close collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, and cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in demand sensing, market intelligence, customer engagement,



and ensuring product availability to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the AP Premier Customer Care Manager and work in a hybrid work model from one of our India locations.
Your Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, distributors, and customers to understand business requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Drive demand sensing activities and provide market intelligence inputs to support demand planning and product availability.
Conduct periodic reviews with distributors to ensure adherence to Rockwell Automation processes, policies, and strategic objectives.
Represent the customer perspective across internal functions to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements while complying with company policies.
