Position
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving excellence in
patient care, streamlining workflows, and spearheading growth initiatives. This
is a leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, solid operational acumen,
and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimize hospital operations, ensuring world-class patient care and
efficiency.
* Develop and execute strategies for the expansion of non-cardiac specialties.
* Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies, and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements.
* Enhance patient experience by improving clinical and administrative
processes.
* Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain the highest quality
standards.
* Oversee infrastructure, IT, and facilities to support hospital growth and
modernization.
* Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
* Build and mentor high-performing teams across clinical and non-clinical
departments.

Qualifications




* 15+ years of leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare
management, including at least 5 years leading a P&L.;
* Must possess an MBA / MHA / PGDM.
* Experience in digital transformation and operational automation in healthcare
is a plus.
