We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with 7+ years of experience crafting exceptional digital experiences for enterprise and SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end design from discovery and ideation through to high-fidelity delivery - while working closely with US-based clients, product managers, engineers, and data teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AI-powered interfaces and data-heavy enterprise applications, and is passionate about inclusive, user-centered design.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in enterprise, SaaS, or data-heavy products.
Lead end-to-end product design, from research to delivery.
Own client relationships, presentations, design discussions, and stakeholder management.
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 designers, providing feedback and design direction.
Strong skills in Figma, UX/UI, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
Good understanding of user research, usability testing, WCAG, interaction design, and data visualization.




Proven ability to challenge requirements, identify real problems, and drive design decisions.
Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and client collaboration.
Experience with healthcare, AI/ML, analytics, or regulated products is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
Comfortable working with US clients and evening IST hours.
