About the RoleMuthoot Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

MBA/PGDM freshers specializing in Human Resources are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR will also be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.

Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Manage attendance and leave records and coordinate with payroll.

Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.

Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.





Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation.

Support statutory compliance and labour-law-related activities.

Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.

Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Required SkillsExcellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

Solid interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Educational QualificationMBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
