Job Summary
The Site Engineer – Interior will be responsible for supervising and executing interior fit-out projects at site locations. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge of interior execution, robust coordination skills, and a willingness to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.




Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor site progress and maintain work quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
2. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
Maintain effective communication between the site team and management.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates whenever required.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks during installation and finishing stages.
Monitor adherence to site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
