Role Description As a Human Resources Intern at GrowEasy?, you will support the HR team in day-to-day people operations and administrative tasks. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping onboard current team members. You will contribute to drafting and updating HR policies, supporting personnel management, and coordinating basic employee benefits and engagement initiatives.



The role also includes preparing HR-related documentation, assisting with compliance requirements, and collaborating with different departments to support a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and basic understanding of Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining HR documentation.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfort with using standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, HR software is a plus).
