HR Generalist | D2C/E-commerce

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can own day-to-day HR, drive hiring and build the systems and processes a growing company needs. This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with founders, taking responsibility and turning informal ways of working into clear, practical processes.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end recruitment: understand team requirements, write job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers and joining.
Hire across marketing, performance marketing, creative, ecommerce, customer support, logistics and operations.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, probation reviews, confirmations and exits.
Set up and maintain HR systems for employee records, attendance, leave, reporting and documentation.
Develop and implement clear company policies, HR SOPs and employee guidelines.
Run the monthly payroll process, including attendance and leave reconciliation,



salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements and payslips, coordinating with the accountant or external advisors as needed.
Coordinate applicable statutory compliance and maintain accurate supporting records.
Support managers with performance reviews, employee feedback, accountability and employee concerns.
Track hiring progress and HR priorities, keeping management informed and following through on pending actions.
What we’re looking for
Experience across recruitment, HR operations, payroll and employee management.
Experience in ecommerce, D2C or a fast-paced consumer business is strongly preferred.
Experience hiring marketing, creative, logistics or operations teams.
Ability to independently create and implement HR policies, processes and systems.
Practical familiarity with HRMS tools, spreadsheets and payroll workflows.
