Location: Sector 62, Noida - 100% Onsite
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent
Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST
Cab Facility: For Female resources only
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
? What We’re Looking For:
6 months – 2 years of experience in Canada IT Recruitment
Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
Good understanding of the Canadian Geography, Tax Terms, Work Permit/Authorization.
Experience working on Contract / Full-Time requirements
Solid candidate screening and communication skills
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills
Must have a go-getter attitude, and a good team-player.
? Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen qualified IT professionals for Canadian requirements
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
Work on multiple requirements and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets
Maintain accurate candidate records and follow recruitment processes
